1. Order Cancellations

Coffee & Consumables

You can cancel any coffee order within 24 hours of payment or before we roast / pack your batch—whichever comes first.

Once roasting or packing has started, the order is locked in and can’t be cancelled.

Brewing Gear & Accessories
-
Cancel any unshipped equipment order anytime before we hand it over to the courier.

To cancel, email care@kentscoffee.com or WhatsApp us on +91 8154892692 with your order number. We’ll confirm the status within one working day.
2. Returns & Refunds
We get it — sometimes things just don’t hit the mark. Whether it’s a taste mismatch, delivery damage, or a change of mind (on gear), we’ll try to make it right.
For Coffee Orders:
If you’re not satisfied with your coffee, drop us a message within 21 days of delivery. We offer:

100% refund if the product is returned unopened and in original condition.

50% refund if you didn’t like the flavour — valid only if at least 75% of the coffee is still in the pack. No need to make up stories, we’ll take that feedback.

Subscription packs? We’ll refund you for unopened ones on a pro-rated basis.
For Brewing Equipment & Gear:

You have 15 days from delivery to return gear.

Must be unused and in original condition with all parts/manuals.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process a 100% refund (minus shipping, unless it was our mistake).
Quick notes:

Refunds are processed within 3 working days after we receive the product back.

Your bank may take 3–7 days to credit the amount.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was on our end.

We’ll send you the return address and an easy return guide. You can ship it via any courier you like — no stress.

3. Delayed Delivery
We ship pan-India via trusted courier partners. Typical transit time is 4–7 working days.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 days of dispatch, ping us. We’ll either:

Send a fresh replacement, or

Issue a full refund—your call.

Heads-up: Delays caused by an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or doorstep refusal don’t qualify for this guarantee.
